This prong collar is 3.2mm gauge wire and will fit up to a 24 in neck snug. It can easily be made smaller or larger by removing or adding links.

The collar should be placed up on the top end of a dogs neck just behind the ears. It should fit snuggly so it does not slip down to the base of the neck.
